Manages the overall relationship with assigned segment partners who market Cash Management Service products to identify target markets
Manages the overall cash management sales activities, presentations, proposal, pricing, coordination with the Cash Solutions Team Leader, Cash Solutions Sales Head and region or Group head to ensure attainment of assign targets
Conscientiously monitor and develops the pipeline of CMS deals in partnership with his/her partners RM's Review pricing of deals and ensure profitability of deal being negotiated and takes the lead in closing CMS deals
Ensure that all documentations related to the deal is completed to ensure smooth implementation of cash management products
Coordinates with the Onboarding Officer on the implementations of deals with in establish standards
Coordinates and monitors timely resolutions of service issues which are escalated by the client / Relationship Manager Sales Director of Group Head
Monitor and review his assigned region/groups performance and ensure alignment of the group with divisional goals , strategies and action plan
Demonstrates proficiency of the basic and intermediates cash management products and the sales process
Collaborates with the Product Management, Usage, Onboarding, Fulfillment and Union Corporate Customer care teams for smooth and timely delivery of service to the clients.
Capable of managing a minimum of 200 million portfolios
