Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads- Schedule and follow through on calls with leads
Source and work customer referrals
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/ or escalate lead and customer questions and needed or escalate complex concerns to relevant departments as needed
Collaborates with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience and branding requirements- Developing in-depth knowledge of company services
Maintains an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments and customer request
- Prepares proposals and cost-benefit analyses for prospective clients to determine the most suitable purchase options
Analyze competitors services and reach to determine service benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelors degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Proven sales experience
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Effective communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
