Job SummaryThe SALES OFFICER is expected to generate leads, make sales calls, strategize to find new prospects and convert them into patients or clients ensuring that the company shall meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to the company's rapid and sustainable growth focusing on Corporate, HMO, Insurance acquisition, Laboratory, Home Service and Retail clinic business.
To pro-actively contribute to the formulation and direction of the corporate or retail strategy and implement promotions and sales trials for the designated cluster and/or corporate clients
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Ensure achievement of monthly/annual sales projections in efforts to maximize revenue and gross margins according to company goals and standards.- Initiate/ oversee/ manage local community sales activities, promotional events in collaboration with the Marketing team, Clinic Operations team, etc.
Support the delivery of all marketing campaigns
- Promote specific products in collaboration with Business Development and Marketing
Maintain positive business and client relationships in the effort to extend client lifetime value
Impeccable client service skills- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
- Expert in time management
Organized work ethic- Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points and/or white papers
Able to handle client questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Prepare and send quotes and proposals.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.- Can work well under pressure
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or its related course- 2+ years of sales experience from the healthcare industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Can converse well in English and proficient in presentations
Knowledge in finance-related programs will be an advantage- Knowledge in organizational policies, procedures and system.
