JOB DESCRIPTION:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and objectives to effectively position our products or services.- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with prospective customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and other relevant reports to the Corporate Sales Supervisor.
Proven experience in business development or account management in the B2B sectors.- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Familiarity with corporate structures, decision-making process, and key stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset, dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills and can present confidently to the M-levels.- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
