Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in tying up with corporates for Annual Physical Examination and Pre Employment Medical Examination.
  • Should be familiar with business modalities of HMOs, Corporates, Maritime Companies with a proven track record.
  • Should have worked on Seafarers clinic.
  • To generate new Tie-ups with corporates through structured value propositions and presentations to meet customized needs of the clients.
  • To build relation with HMOs, Corporate and Maritime companies, organize camps and conduct brand promotion activities within the specified areas.
  • Regular follow-up with prospects to move the sales funnel and achieve assigned individual target.
  • Understanding the client requirements and Maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services of the organization.
  • Will be responsible for selling wellness services like Medical Room (OHC), preventive health packages, vaccinations to the corporates etc.
  • Prospects business clients through targeted outreach (calls, e-mail, social media, networking events).
  • Connect with right stakeholders, identify decision makers and meet them in-person.
  • Approach sales with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Responsible for the payment collection of the sales done.
  • Coordinating with internal team for billing and service delivery.
  • Planning and executing work schedules weekly and monthly pipelines.
  • Regularly attending company meetings, briefings, preparing performance presentation on monthly basis.
  • Ensure all company activities are conducted within the framework of the Companys Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.
