JOB DESCRIPTION
Corporate Reporting and Accounting Manager:
Oversees the preparation of monthly financial reports. He/she shall also support the CFO, controller and other officers in making sound business decisions by providing them with relevant financial information and analysis.
Shall be responsible for the following areas:
- Financial reporting and analysis, including consolidation
- General accounting for Holding companies
- Audit liaison
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the timely preparation of monthly financial consolidation and the monthly management reports
- Oversee the preparation of holding companies monthly financial statements / closing
- Assist the controller in liaising with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of control activities over financial information
- Ensure that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles, tax and other regulations
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management and regulatory bodies
- Support the CFO and controller in strategic finance initiatives and special projects
- Other attached functions
Qualifications:
- BS in Accountancy - Certified Public Accountant
- With consolidation experience
- Preferably with auditing experience
- 5 to 10 years experience
