The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for the in-house recruitment of a group of companies engaged in diverse industries.
He / she must have experience in handling high-volume recruitment.
Must be highly proficient in sourcing potential employees, efficient in paper-screening qualifications, have excellent interviewing skills to match qualified individuals with the vacancies in the organization.
Takes a pro-active stance in recruitment by coordinating with various department heads to determine recruitment needs and constantly communicating the progress of the recruitment for specific positions.
