Qualifications:- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Process Design & Control/Instrumentation or equivalent.
Must have Business Planning experience
- Must have exposure in company alignment, balance scorecard and corporate strategy
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise and engage directly with people at all levels including Management Committee.
