Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse- With at least 3 years of experience
Responsibilities:- Schedules and implements annual/ periodical/ special examinations of employees.
Provides first-aid treatments and medications for sick employees as needed. Maintains all employee's medical and other similar records.
- Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
Assess employee's examination results and refer them to an HMO physician for management.- Keeping up-to-date with the current occupational health legislation.
Promoting workers productivity by developing and implementing health policies.
- Prepares various health reportorial requirements such as Work Accident / Illness Exposure Data for submission to DOLE.
