I. The Corporate Marketing Strategist at a Glance
The Corporate Marketing Strategist (CMS) shall be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing, & communication plans, and providing strategic guidance to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the local and global market for Trainstation, Inc and its subsidiaries.
The CMS shall be part of the Marketing Department and will be reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).
II. Corporate Marketing Strategist Roles and Responsibilities
The general responsibilities of the Corporate Marketing Strategist are, but not limited to the following:
- Develops and implements strategic, scalable marketing & communication plans and campaigns for TRAINSTATION and its partner brands such as, but not limited to, ONTRACK, TRACTION, IMPAK to achieve business goals, brand identity, and objectives.
- Conducts regular and updated market research and competitive analysis to stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify target audiences, market trends, and capitalize on opportunities to create awareness, interest, and engagement with our products and services.
- Prepares and updates a strategic social media plan and calendar to ensure maximum presence and reach, manage timely and effective implementation, as well as provide regular performance analytics and updates.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creatives, to align marketing efforts and maximize impact.
- Generates leads for new business acquisitions to support the Business Development Department.
- Tracks and analyzes marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize performance. Creates reports detailing key success factors and opportunities.
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing team.
- Provides strategic guidance and support to international partners, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives.
- Monitors progress of international initiatives to ensure timely activation and follow-through on projects, campaigns, and activities.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures for communications that will enhance the brand and corporate identity. Ensure brand identity through implementation of brand guidelines for internal and external comms.
- Develops and oversees Award-worthy projects to establish brand presence and credibility.
- Coordinates for Corp Comm initiatives such as PR, media relations, case studies, crisis communications, etc.
- Other similar and/ or related tasks.
