Corporate Loan Documentation Officer

He/She/They process loan / lease documents and collateral releases in accordance with approved terms and conditions, standard operating procedures, bank policies and guidelines and within the set service levels agreed with the unit he/she/they support.

The Responsibilities we will trust you with

• Process documentation relative to the approved facilities per Credit Proposal / Loan Approval sheet or Credit Evaluation Sheet
• Check completeness of Customer Information File (CI) data in the International Comprehensive Banking System (ICBS), Ambit Assessment Sheet (AAS), and Factors Management System (FAMS) as applicable
• Process requests for collateral release of partially / fully-paid accounts upon request via an approved Credit Proposal

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree holder
• 1 - 2 years experience in related field
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Must be willing to work on site and be assigned BOTH in Makati and Ortigas.
