The position is responsible for providing legal advice and support to JIC and its affiliate companies.
- Performs corporate and administrative work including contract drafting and review, corporate secretary's functions, incorporation and related matters.
Handles review of labor contract, dismissals, suspensions and other related work;
- Performs litigation work including criminal cases pending before prosecutor's office, MTC, and labor related cases pending before NLRC;
Handles immigration and processing of visa and working papers of expats and operating before BID;- Handles collection cases, negotiates and process claims;
Facilitates real estate transactions, handles and monitors conversion, titling and transfer of real property;
- Attends and participates whenever required, in business review meetings, and meeting with clients;
Conducts notarization of documents;- Provides various legal opinions and conducts legal research.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Education:
- LLB or Bachelor of Laws Graduate; Bar Passer
Experience:
- 2-4 years legal work experience with 2 years in a corporate environment
Corporate Set up with litigation skills,
- Handling labor, civil, criminal cases etc.

Pay: Php65,- 00 - Php75,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
