ABOUT THE POSITION
- Assist and support in all activities of the legal and Labor Relations area.
- Support with the disciplinary measures process.
- Support the monitoring of administrative activities, in order to maintain documentation in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Support in the drafting, writing and review of company documents.
- Review updates in the labor legal field associated with the management of the company.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Graduate of any related pre-law courses
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Philippine corporate law.
- Bar Passer
- Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate governance principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Updated knowledge of labor law
- Knowledge of disciplinary measures processes
- Basic knowledge of the office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and any legal research tools
