ABOUT THE POSITION- Assist and support in all activities of the legal and Labor Relations area.
Support with the disciplinary measures process.- Support the monitoring of administrative activities, in order to maintain documentation in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Support in the drafting, writing and review of company documents.
- Review updates in the labor legal field associated with the management of the company.

- EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Graduate of any related pre-law courses- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Philippine corporate law.
Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate governance principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Updated knowledge of labor law- Knowledge of disciplinary measures processes
Basic knowledge of the office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and any legal research tools
