Job Qualification: 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as an in-house lawyer or external counsel.- Knowledge and practical experience in the following legal areas: general commercial and corporate law, contract law, vehicle dealership/distribution, and consumer protection.
Familiarity with competition/antitrust law is a plus.
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, accountability, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach.
Ability to present legal information to diverse audiences effectively.- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Supporting the drafting, maintenance, and updating of legal templates (e.g., agreements, terms and conditions) related to the distribution business.- Addressing day-to-day legal needs, including supporting commercial and legal negotiations with dealers and suppliers.
Providing constructive and solution-oriented legal support to all departments within the company.
- Analyzing and communicating legislative and jurisprudential developments proactively and offering guidance on appropriate responses.
Collaborating with the team and actively participating in the sharing of knowledge and experience
