Job description- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
Newly Board Passer or less than 1 year experience are welcome to apply- Prepare and review all necessary legal agreements/contracts entered into by the Company and its subsidiaries;
Process government and all regulatory requirements of the company and its subsidiaries (SEC, LGU, DTI, BIR and other government institutions and agencies)
- Advise on legal matters, relevant laws, regulatory requirements, compliances, etc relating to corporate transactions and activities;
Participate in negotiations with third parties as needed- Represent the company and its subsidiaries and handle litigation matters
Supervise external legal retainers
- Assist in the collection of deliquent accounts
