Legal Manager:As the Legal Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team of consultants and managing the delivery of consulting services to our clients. Responsibilities inclue:
- Providing strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring high-quality services and client satisfaction
- Overseeing all aspects of client engagements, including legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support client needs, including drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements and corporate policies
- Developing and implementing startegic recommendations to drive organizational performance and growth
- Cultivating strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for business development and growth
- Managing team resources, including staffing, training, and performance evaluation
- Qualifications and Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- At least 3 years of experience practicing corporate law, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and manager skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent analytical, communciation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
