The Corporate Finance (FP&A) Supervisor works closely with the Corporate Finance team. He/she is responsible in overseeing and managing different types of projects depending on the needs of his/her assigned client(s).
Responsibilities
Some of the expected work for the Corporate Finance (FP&A) Supervisor include:
- Handling client relationships to make sure that all outputs/reports are being delivered timely and with quality
- Supervising all assigned financial analysts and senior financial analysts, coaching them and assisting them in their career growth along with the managers of the team
- Help in the administrative tasks in relation to team management
Qualifications
He/she is expected to have a solid background and meaningful experience in the following:
- Financial Modeling
- Financial Forecasts and Budgeting
- Financial Analysis and Reporting (including Variance analysis)
- Dashboards and Management Reports
As part of the company and the team, it is expected for the Corporate Finance (FP&A) Supervisor to give a helping hand with the other clients activities especially when free to the extent of his/her capacity and skills which is a manifestation of Empathy - one the company's core values.
