Corporate Communications Officer

The Corporate Communications Officer will play a key role in supporting the development, execution, and management of communications that effectively convey corporate messaging to both internal and external stakeholders. The Officer will be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms, managing social media presence, and supporting media relations efforts. This position will enable the Corporate Communications Consultant to focus on high-level strategy and more complex deliverables by delegating foundational tasks, enhancing productivity, and ensuring a consistent flow of corporate content across various channels. The Corporate Communications Officer will manage routine communications and collaborate closely with different departments, ensuring that messaging is consistent, clear, and impactful.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and schedule content for RRHI's digital platforms (social media, website, intranet), ensuring timely delivery, alignment with corporate messaging, and engaging stakeholders
• Develop press releases, statements, and other media-related materials to support corporate communications and enhance public relations efforts
• Work with relevant internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal) to review communications for regulatory and policy adherence, preventing potential violations
• Assist in the management of the full lifecycle of the Annual Report process, including the agency pitch process to secure high-quality, creative, and cost-effective support aligned with RRHI's vision and branding
• Develop an internal newsletter to ensure employees are informed about company news, achievements, and key initiatives
