Coordinate and manage public relations activities, including media relations, press conferences, and interviews.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception of the brand.
Plan and execute internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
Manage and develop relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
Prepare and manage the communication budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and branding.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in creating and managing communication strategies and content.
Experience in the retail industry is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage media relations and public relations campaigns.
Familiarity with digital communication tools and analytics.
