As the
Corporate Admin Officer / Admin Services Assistant Manager, you will be a key people leader in our administrative team, managing a small team. You will leverage your experience in facilities management, vendor management, and procurement to ensure smooth operations within our organization.
Oversee and manage all administrative services, including facilities management, vendor management, and procurement.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop two direct reports, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Participate in budget development and budgetary control for admin-related expenses.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin Services Manager or similar role.
Experience in facilities management, vendor management, and procurement.- Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Northgate, Alabang, Muntinlupa
Amenable to an 8am to 6:36pm work schedule (Mondays-Fridays)

Pay: Php40,- 00 - Php45,000.00 per month
