We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Actions Analyst to join an established team in Manila.

What role will you play
You will be involved in the end-to-end corporate actions event life cycle across cash, non-cash and elective events for all equity and fixed income securities, withholding tax and associated internal reporting obligations and processing client elections, entitlements and counterparty claims. In addition, you will be interacting with external agents; custodians, clearers and depositories and responding to queries from middle-office, finance and other parties.
What You Offer
- Strong background in the financial/banking industry
- Ability to investigate issues and escalate effectively
- A strong focus on teamwork with effective communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work well under pressure
- Accurate with a good eye for detail and strong commitment to completion and delivery
- Flexible to work outside of regular working hours when required (including mid shift and night shift)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
