Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
Build strong and long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.- Understand client objectives, requirements, and challenges to effectively align our services with their needs.
Project Management
- Coordinate with internal teams, including support and production staff to ensure timely and successful execution of client projects.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure client expectations are met.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
Account Development and Growth
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts.- Present and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
Reporting and Performance Metrics
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client accounts.
Prepare regular reports on client activity, revenue, and profitability.
- Conduct periodic reviews to evaluate client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role.
Solid understanding of the advertising and printing industry.- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
