Lead the discussion with Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) Team
Facilitate obtaining approvals and actual submission Expense Management.
Review the expense reports against budget and accrual, identify outliers, and lead cross functional discussions to determine root cause and action plans, as applicable, across entire Core Operations Group.
Budget Planning
Lead the annual exercise of preparing the Core Operations budget
Identify productivity initiatives for expense reduction, headcount projection, and report preparation
Lead cross functional discussion to obtain data and finalize plan, and report preparation Risk and Control Management
Serve as the Unit Risk & Compliance Officer (URCO) of Core Operations with the objective of having a centralized risk & control oversight across all Core Operations Units
Monitor and manage issues / RTAPs, periodic RCSA testing, audits (internal and external), Self-Compliance Checklists, Issues for Monitoring / BAU escalations, and other ad hoc risk and control items that may arise across all the Units o Manage the Sub-URCO Project Management
Lead the centralized project management, monitoring, and oversight across all Core Operations Units
Lead and develop strategies for process enhancements / improvements, actual filing and/or monitoring of change requests, RSS, change management, CAB approvals, and others as may be required, in any project / initiative that will be deployed
Manage the Project Management Officer BP&A Analyst Management
Manage the Business Planning & Analytics Officer in all of his / her tasks
Monitor the BP&A Analyst's deliverables to the different Units within Core Ops, as well as perform 1st level summary and review of data and reports generated by the BP&A Analyst Back Up to Operations Solutions & Support Head
Serve as back-up in providing oversight to all Core Operations Unit including KPI monitoring, and issues / escalations management, aside from people management of sub-URCO, Project Management Officer, and BP&A Analyst
Support in preparing weekly / monthly update report to be used by Core Operations Head.
