- Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and craft compelling messages for a big idea, a pitch, or a campaign
- Write copy speedily and efficiently across multiple media channels and business units that are aligned with client's marketing objectives
Consistently produce textual content against a list of deliverables in a timely manner- Proactively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction
When requested, participate in client meetings to understand their requirements and ensure alignment of creative solutions with their expectations
- Engage in new business pitches to attract potential clients and strengthen client relationships
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with all concerned team members, business units and corporate departments- Contribute actively with team members during ideation processes
Manage individual responsibilities, assigned tasks, and all generated resources within the creative team
- Conduct quality checks on both individual and team outputs to ensure quality and accuracy in line with internal standards
Provide timely and regular updates to the Creative Director on the progress of all assigned projects, ensuring alignment with the organizational goals- Intentionally plan and pursue learning of any skill or any studies related to work
- Educational Background and Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Art Studies, Humanities, or related courses- At least 2 years of experience in writing copy for advertising / marketing agencies or other forms of written output for traditional and digital media platforms; and/or writing various forms of communication pieces
At least 2 years of experience in tech-enabled with working knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, presentation software, collaboration software systems, social media platforms setup and functional features, and traditional advertising platforms
- Key Competencies and Skills Needed:
Ability to craft messages that speak to a range of audiences, using a variety of tone, style, attitude, and format
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and the vernacular
