JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Create compelling and effective copy for marketing materials, such as but not limited to website content, emails, and
social media posts.- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand the company's brand and messaging.
Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of writing, and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, operations and sales, to create cohesive marketing materials
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing copywriting- Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and create relevant and engaging copy
Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Measure and report on the success of marketing materials, using metrics such as website traffic, email opens, and
conversionsQUALIFICATIONS:
- Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the marketing copywriting process
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company- Provide training and support to team members on marketing copywriting best practices and tools
2-3 years of experience in marketing copywriting or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of writing samples
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team
Knowledge of the company's target audience and goals
- Ability to conduct market and customer research to create relevant and engaging copy
Time management and organizational skills- Flexibility and adaptability to change
A desire to learn and grow in the marketing copywriting field
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Fluency in both English & Filipino

Pay: Php25,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
