Working with the family to ensure that food are completed according to request and on time- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Ordering groceries and kitchen supplies, as applicable
- Ensuring the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and stocked.
Preparing simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.- Cooking menu items with the request of family head
In-depth knowledge of food handling best practices and cooking methods.
- Excellent communication with English & Chinese
With at least 2-3 years experience in cooking Chinese cuisines
- Can speak English/Tagalog and specially Chinese
Willing to stay-in work location in Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa.- Work Schedule: 2 days off in a month
Php 15,000-18,000 per month
- Allowance/s: Php 1000 per month. Additional Php1000 on the second month (for food, SSS contribution & personal product purchase)
