Cook for a concessionaire/canteen inside College of St. Benilde- Taft Avenue
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes.
Oversees and directs the kitchen staff.- Proficient in staff training for all back of house operations.
Manage product storage, maintenance and rotation activities to avoid any damages or spoilages.
- Adhere to food safety regulations.
Assist employees with company regulations and procedures.- Ascertain that all cleaning operations are carried out to the highest possible standard
Make sure that products are properly labeled with nutritional content, prices, and expiration dates.
- Must know how to cook a variety of menu
Qualifications
- With Bachelor's Degree related to Food Industry is an advantage but not required
With Degree or Certificate in Vocational Courses related to Food Industry is also an advantage but not required- With at least 2 years experience as Cook, Line Cook, or Assistant Cook
Preferably with background in Commissary, Canteen, or Concessionaire
- Willing to be assigned inside San Beda University Mediola Manila
