a. Wearing of prescribed uniform.
b. Personal hygiene.
c. Clean and sanitize work tables, equipment, tools and utensils before and after use.
d. Observes cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work areas.
e. Adheres to sanitary practices.
f. Observes proper disposal of waste materials.

Compliance to Processing Standards and Procedures._
a. Follow sequence of work schedule approved by immediate superior.
b. Strictly complies with standard formulation.
c. Strictly monitors required time cooking time.

Concern for product quality and production efficiency._
a. Monitor quality of products and ensure conformance to quality standard for appearance and color.
b. Checks for presence of sanitation defects to avoid complaints.
c. Handle products with care to avoid damage and wastage.
d. Reports to immediate superior observed malfunctioning of equipment to avoid delays in production.
e. Reports to immediate superior any problem and/or abnormalities observed in the processing area/s so that immediate corrective actions can be implemented to prevent production wastage.
f. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
