Leadership & Culture Ambassador
- Contribute to and execute strategic plans with agility, ensuring cross-functional alignment and fostering a cohesive organizational vision.

Clinic Expansion
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to ensure the long-term success of each clinic expansion, supporting the company's broader growth strategy.
- Present feasibility studies and market analyses to align clinic expansion projects with organizational goals and financial targets.
- Lead the development and scaling of a network of physical clinics, from planning through construction to launch.
- Review project plans and designs, offering insights on quality and cost. Lead negotiations to balance these factors.
- Ensure clinic projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Flag potential CAPEX issues to prevent budget overruns.
- Act as the primary liaison with contractors and suppliers to maintain strong relationships vital for project success.
Operational Development
- Oversee and streamline central operations to enhance efficiency and align processes with strategic objectives.
- Ensure newly launched clinics operate efficiently, meeting company standards for patient care and service.
- Set up clinics and clinical staff for success in collaboration with the Medical Affairs department, improving client experience and staff efficiency.
- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory guidelines (e.g., DOH, FDA, SEC) and internal company policies, implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards.
Financial Oversight
- Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and Finance team to develop and manage the operational budget (OPEX) and investment in expansion (CAPEX).
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining service quality, focusing on resourcefulness and efficiency without increasing headcount.
Innovation & Risk Assessment
- Stay informed on emerging trends in healthcare technology and identify opportunities to innovate in the industry.
- Evaluate risks across financial, operational, and regulatory dimensions, offering strategies to mitigate barriers to success.
- Provide data-driven insights and action plans for new initiatives to ensure a strong foundation during early stages.
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Facility Management, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
. Proven track record of scaling operations in a fast-growing company, with a metrics-driven approach to decision-making.
. Strong background in project management, compliance standards and physical expansion initiatives.
