Job Summary:
- The position will process the conversion of accounts from contract to sell to real estate mortgage. He/she will also transfer the title in the name of the client including the payment of all related taxesto the government agencies concerned. He/she will also coordinate with the Bureau of Internal Revenue for the application of individual Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) and with the Local Govt Unit for other documents necessary to transfer the ownership in the name of the client.
Preparation of budget request for conversion
- Monitors the payment due date of DST Sale on or before 5th of the following month from the notary of DOAS
Updates conversion monthly report
