Contracts Engineer

Job Summary

The Contracts Engineer is responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction contracts on behalf of the company and/or in collaboration with the different stakeholders. The position works with the project team and other parties involved to make sure that the project is completed according to plan and within the budget. The Contracts Engineer provides support and analysis to maximize financial and operational performance and minimize risk, systematically and efficiently.

• Educational Attainment:

Civil Engineering graduate or any construction related course.

• Preferably licensed.

• Work Experience:

0-2 years of work experience in the same industry.

• Technical Competencies:

Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Basic planning and project management skills.

• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audience.

• Able to read and understand complex construction drawings.

• Skills Required:

Result-oriented, can-do multi-tasking and can work under pressure.

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
