Onboarding
- On-Boarding of Contingent Workers reach out to workers identified by the client to introduce Russell Tobin and walk them thru all stages of the process needed to start on assignment providing a positive onboarding experience.
Maintain detailed records of each worker's progress and follow up proactively to work through any issues that arise to achieve the fastest and smoothest possible onboarding experience.
- Client Support be the SME regarding the hiring workflow and employment requirements to managers, suppliers and temps. Provide support as needed to ensure proper usage and adoption of systems and processes.
Handle all onboarding contractor inquiries with close communication throughout the onboarding process
Connect via phone/email daily to contractors and internal teams on status of onboarding
Onboarding preparation and cross-functioning collaboration with internal teams
Expert in I-9 Verification, I-9 Re-verification
Experience with ATS and variety of 3rd party background vendors
Experience in compliance requirements audits for job requirements per job role and client requirements
Crosschecking accurate date inputs in systems and ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
Providing new hires with details about their 1st day, manuals, guidelines, timecard user and passwords, as needed
Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role with a strong knowledge of HR standard programs
Candidate Engagement
- Complete check-ins during first two weeks to ensure workers have positive experience and understand steps required to enter timesheets and receive pay stubs.
as primary point of contact for workers throughout assignment and assist with resolving any issues regarding pay, benefits, HR or employee relations questions.- Deliver job performance coaching and counseling as needed to reduce unwanted attrition.
Communicate end of assignment as needed and perform offboarding tasks.
- Work in the ATS system with reporting and documentation.
Measure RTA contractor happiness with assignment, with RTA, with client, overall, etc.
BA degree & at least 1 years of client account management, HR or recruiting experience
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with all levels of staff and management
Must have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to details, and sense of urgency
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook
Experience with Beeline, Fieldglass or other VMS tool is a plus
Working knowledge of labor and employment laws is a plus
Client interface experience, aware of organizational culture differences

Pay: Php30,- 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
