Management & Operational Support
- Inform teams of commercial issues and risks
- Build relationships with customers and assist with finance-related queries
- Manage RDO and after-hours roster, support onboarding, and project setup
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties
Contract Compliance
- Ensure compliance with customer documentation and manage portals for QA
Execution
- Support planning, scheduling, and completion of maintenance works
- Issue POs and provide reception support as required
Business Planning
- Implement strategies aligning with TS goals and financial KPIs
- Maintain operational workflow processes and communicate with stakeholders
Policies, Procedures & Tools
- Support DMM compliance and business reporting regimes
People & Culture
- Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in service contract administration/management or similar business environment
- Experience with financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP/JDE) advantageous
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders
- Proven technician trade scheduling and work allocation experience Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments

- High computer literacy, advanced in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and initiative skills
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Competent in report writing and providing effective communication
