Responsibilities:
- Attend and support RCA sessions led by CI Leads to learn how to identify underlying issues in processes.
- Attend process review and detailed process assessment sessions with the CI team to observe how processes areassessed, documented, and evaluated for improvements.
- Shadow CI Leads during the application of methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to gain an understanding of howstructured methodologies are applied to improve processes.
- Attend and support the CI team in the ideation session by collecting and organizing data on business processes to helpidentify improvement and automation opportunities.
- Assist in preparing for CI team meetings, including taking notes, organizing action items, and helping to create followupsummaries.
- Assist in creating and updating process maps to document and standardize workflows across different business unitsand regions through Microsoft Visio and UiPath Task Capture
- Assist in documenting CI initiatives, ensuring clear records of progress, impact, and lessons learned.
- Help maintain adherence to CI and RPA governance guidelines to ensure all processes follow compliance standards
- Participate in the monitoring and support of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementations, gaining hands-onexperience in RPA environments and understanding automation workflows.
- Support the RPA developer by helping to identify and document minor issues within the RPA environment andcoordinating with the business to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Assist in the preparation of regular updates for stakeholders, such as newsletters, business updates, and reports on CIprojects.
- Collaborate with the CI Lead to develop training materials for internal stakeholders, gaining experience in trainingdesign, and building awareness of CI tools.
Your Profile:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Basic communication skills and an interest in creating organized, informative presentations
- Background in handling school events or projects is a plus
- Interest in learning different process improvement and automation tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Oce Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
