Your Role:

• We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will:
• Facilitate and drive continuous improvement by applying LIFE principles and lean methodologies.
• Lead projects in line with established corporate framework and objectives.
• Ensure Plant capacity optimization and is involved in identifying and driving major achievable continuous improvement projects (process/product/equipment/flow/etc.).
• Spearhead cost-saving initiatives in line with LIFE Diagnoses.
• Conduct work study for flow improvement.
• Coordinate continuous improvement activities in the workshop.

Main requirements:

• Min. requirement, at least completed College education.
• With two (2) years experience in manufacturing set up either as Methods/Industrial/Process Engineer.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Lean Six Sigma Methodology
• Design, Utilization & Layout
• Time Study including Ergonomic & Performance Standards
• Machine/Equipment Requirement
• Process and Manpower Evaluation
• Project Management
