Job Description

SimplerQMS is a provider of Quality Management System (QMS) Software in the Life Science sector.

We specialize in Electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) that assist life science companies in achieving efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements. As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking an experienced Content Writer with Expertise in Quality Management in Life Sciences to join our remote team.

We are looking for a skilled content writer to create compelling, informative content that resonates with our target audience. This role involves showcasing how SimplerQMS addresses industry pain points and offers valuable solutions.

You will be a part of the Marketing Department but also work cross-functionally with other teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive industry research to develop authentic, impactful content.
  • Create content in various formats including articles, product pages, white papers, data sheets, and video scripts, highlighting how SimplerQMS addresses industry challenges.
  • Proofread and edit content for errors, inconsistencies, and alignment with company messaging.
  • Identify and fill gaps in existing content based on industry trends and your expertise.

  • Solid writing and copyediting skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for a general audience, illustrating eQMS use cases in daily operations.

Professional Experience

  • Experience writing content about Quality Management within the Life Sciences industries.
  • Proven track record of taking part in implementing or working according to a QMS in regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices), and a good understanding of QMS processes.
  • Hands-on experience with quality management processes, such as CAPA, non-conformance/deviation management, audits, document control, change control, supplier management, and others.
  • Knowledge of quality management software and tools, particularly eQMS solutions.

Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO, MDR).
  • Experience with regulatory inspections and audits, including preparation and response.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management processes, such as CAPA, non-conformance/deviation management, audits, document control, change control, supplier management, and others.
