Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Content Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of content strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven storyteller with deep expertise in SaaS, B2B marketing, and audience targeting. This role will own the content strategy roadmap and collaborate cross-functionally to create impactful content that supports the buyer's journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Conduct audience research to inform content topics, formats, and distribution channels.
- Develop content pillars and editorial calendars to ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms.
- Content Performance Analysis:
- Establish KPIs for content effectiveness and monitor performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Provide regular reports on content ROI and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Content Creation Oversight:
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and video producers to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and brand standards.
- Manage the production of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos, infographics, and more.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align content efforts with business priorities.
- Support marketing campaigns with strategic content tailored for lead generation and nurturing.
- Work with HR to create employer branding content that supports recruitment and retention.
- Market and Competitor Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive strategies, and emerging content technologies.
- Identify gaps in the market and develop content to position MSPbots as a thought leader.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of content professionals, freelancers, and agency partners.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Experience:5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related field in the SaaS or B2B space.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful content strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
