Position Summary
As a Content & SEO Specialist/Writer at Speed Commerce, your role will be pivotal in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and boosting brand visibility.
Tasks/Objectives
- Content Creation: Create well-researched and engaging articles, catering to the right target audience. Additionally, design high-converting landing pages that align with our marketing objectives.
- Guest Blogging: Secure guest blogging opportunities on reputable websites with a domain authority (DA) of 40 or above. These guest posts will help to build backlinks and drive traffic to our clients websites.
- PR Articles: Craft and distribute press releases to generate media coverage and increase brand awareness for our clients.
- Reviews Generation: Obtain positive reviews for our products/services for both their preparation and sequence offerings.
- Directory Listings: Ensure our businesses get listed on relevant directories every month to improve local SEO and gain exposure.
- Comparison Landing Pages: Create comparison landing pages each month, pitting our products against our competitors.
- Internal Linking: Every other week, perform internal linking within our websites to enhance the user experience, boost SEO rankings, and highlight important features and benefits. Aim to include a minimum of 10 internal links per session.
- Outreach & Link Building: Reach out to strategic partners to negotiate opportunities for adding our links to their existing blog content, providing additional value and increasing referral traffic.
- Case Studies: Create comprehensive case studies per quarter, showcasing the successes, challenges, and how our services contributed to growth. These case studies will serve as powerful marketing tools.
- SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) Generation: Generate high-quality sales-qualified leads per quarter, using a combination of SEO strategies and lead generation techniques.
Required Skills / Abilities
- 2-3 years of proven experience in content writing, blog research, or article creation.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in on-page and off-page SEO techniques, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
- Experience uploading content and distribution, with a knack for strategy and creative writing.
- A data-driven approach, capable of analyzing data and making informed decisions.
- Ability to blend creativity with analytics to create engaging and high-quality content.
- Adaptability to stay updated with the ever-changing eCommerce landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail in content creation and SEO optimization.
- Team player, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
