Job Description:We are seeking a Moderation Specialist to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for our players. As the primary contact in our trading cards Facebook group, you will monitor posts, enforce guidelines, and assist players, contributing to high customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage user-generated content on the company's Facebook group.
- Enforce community guidelines to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Facebook, email, and other channels.- Collaborate with teams to address technical issues and provide feedback on customer concerns.
Share insights to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in tech or gaming.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.- Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Previous moderation experience in online communities preferred.
