Job Summary
We seek a talented and experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMrush, as well as proficiency in and experience in social media management. The primary focus will be on analytics.
Essential Duties/ Responsibilities
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics and SEMrush to track website performance, identify SEO issues, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Google goals tracking and performance reports.
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Advertising and X/Twitter Advertising experience in running and managing campaigns.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics and optimize content for search engine visibility.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of published content and make adjustments as needed to improve engagement and SEO results.
- SEO Post Creation: Occasionally research and write high-quality, SEO-friendly content for our blog. Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to improve organic rankings.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy to promote blog content and engage with our audience on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze social media metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, marketers, and developers, to ensure content aligns with our brand and marketing objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Marketing Specialist, SEO Content Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media management and best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Experience with WordPress, including content creation and management.
- Basic graphic design skills with experience in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content promotion strategies
- Experience with HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with video content creation and editing.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
