The Content Manager will work closely with the CMO, Account Managers & Graphic Designer to ensure all of Stonecutter's clients have listing content that is compelling and highly converting. This role will be part art-directing, part research-oriented and entirely focused on conversion rate optimization. Specific responsibilities will include the conducting of market research, the polling of images & ensuring that all listing images are as captivating as possible. Graphic design skills & experience are not necessary but could give you an advantage.

Work with CMO and Account Managers to plan, develop, and implement comprehensive strategies for listing content optimization.- Manage image polling process in conjunction with CMO to inform decisions on listing content.
Art-direct in partnership with internal & external graphic designers to create high-converting listing imagery.
- Perform keyword research and incorporate data from PPC team to iterate content using a numbers-first approach.
Help ensure client listings are organically ranked as highly as possible and analyze changes in ranking.- Monitor industry trends & feedback from customers to adjust image content as needed.
Previous experience utilizing quantitative research to build insights and create narratives.- General knowledge of Amazon shopping behaviors.
Previous experience creating & testing iterative hypotheses.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and adeptly juggle simultaneous needs of multiple clients.- Data skills! You can analyze it, make decisions based on it, and present findings both internally and externally.
Knowledge of general marketing principles (price, product, consumer behavior)
Basic working knowledge of graphic design
- Working knowledge of Amazon content best practices (image stacks, A+ content, etc)
Experience using image polling softwares (PickFu, Intellivy, etc)- Copywriting, keyword research, SEO experience (Amazon or otherwise)
