Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Head to oversee and elevate all content strategies across different platforms. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in content creation, strategy, and management, with the ability to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, brand voice, and audience needs.

• Write, edit, and oversee the production of various types of content, including blog posts, articles, website content, social media posts, and multimedia.

Conduct thorough quality checks on all content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Edit content to ensure it meets high standards of quality before publication.

Organize and maintain content calendars, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content across all channels.

• Ensure all content is well-written, accurate, and aligned with the brand's tone and messaging guidelines.

Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and search engine rankings.

• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, using insights to refine and improve content strategies.

Develop and create compelling pitches for new content ideas, partnerships, and collaborations that can drive brand awareness and engagement.

• Manage and mentor a team of writers and editors, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

• Qualifications:

At least 5 years experience as a Content Writer, Content Strategist, Content Specialist, or similar role.

• At least 2 years experience as a Content Head, Content Manager, or similar role.

At least 1 year experience in a Digital Marketing Industry.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) and content creation tools.
