Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Content Management and Liaison Lead is responsible for developing brand and corporate stories to ensure that HMN builds affinity among its target market. This role is designed to focus and specialize on creating high-engagement, high-impact content that highlights the brand's authenticity in delivering its brand promise of Care Beyond Cure. As opposed to traditional corporate communications which typically subsumes external communications and crisis management, the expertise of the Content Management and Liaison Lead leans towards sustainable and profitable engagement with target audiences, subject matter experts, content creators, brand ambassadors, key opinion leaders, influencers, and other stakeholders that may influence the disposition and/or decision of our target market towards the brand.
  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for engaging content development that is aligned to the strategic priorities of the brand
  • Ensure that brand stories and content project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
  • CONTENT MANAGEMENT
Develop and implement comprehensive strategic non-traditional content management plans (i.e. other content types like influencer collaborations, content co-creation, etc.) that align with the overall brand objectives and goals. This includes identifying target audiences, crafting key messages, liaising with potential brand ambassadors, and selecting appropriate communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the PR agency (if any), media partners, bloggers, influencers, and other media professionals to secure media coverage and opportunities for the brand. Proactively pitch stories and manage media inquiries effectively.

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & LIAISON
  • Develop compelling and engaging content for various channels, particularly press releases, newsletters, and blog articles that can be used and repurposed for content found in the website and our social media platforms
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all content outputs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a content strategy that supports brand objectives and aligns with target audience preferences
Create content calendar and oversee content production and distribution
  • Identify opportunities for thought leadership and industry collaborations
Develop and nurture relationships with various content sources within the Ayala ecosystem (i.e. AC Health, its subsidiaries, and Ayala Corporate Communications Team) to create close collaborations and share resources to enhance brand positioning and visibility
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
Provide reports to the management team, highlighting key findings and recommending improvements.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Marketing, Communications, or any business-related course
  • Proven experience (at least 4 years) in communications or related roles
Strong understanding of public relations principles, strategies, and tactics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in content creation and storytelling across various channels
Ability to collect, track, and analyze data
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
Willing to work onsite and can start immediately
