The Content Leader will be responsible for managing and overseeing our content creation process, ensuring that all projects align with our strategic vision. This role involves prioritizing tasks, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can turn ideas into actionable plans and execute them efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Project Management:
- Oversee and manage the content team, ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Prioritize tasks and manage team workflow, assigning responsibilities based on skills and availability
- Drive the content strategy by taking the founder's vision and translating it into actionable plans
- Content Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals
- Ensure a constant flow of high-quality content across various platforms
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate content marketing efforts
- Content Creation & Quality Control:
- Oversee the creation of various types of content, including blog posts, articles, videos, podcasts, and social media updates
- Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone
- Review and edit content created by team members to ensure it meets our standards
- Collaboration & Promotion:
- Work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager to promote content and build partnerships
- Facilitate guest appearances on podcasts and other platforms to expand our reach
Requirements
- Proven experience in a content leadership role, managing and directing content teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creating and implementing content strategies
- Strong understanding of content marketing and promotion
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders

- Work Schedule Mountain Standard Time / Mountain Daylight Time Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour of time off for lunch May need to be available in off hours for any systems emergencies
