Responsibilities:
Managing data input and reporting to accreditors & partners
Handling customer & learner inquiries
Maintaining records
Ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements
Validating websites and marketing materials
Facilitating webinars, when necessary
Data management on multiple online learning platforms
Supporting various accreditation processes and projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder any degree/course
Strong communication skills both verbal and written mostly will be involved in email interaction
Minimum of one year of work experience remote experience to be exact
Proficiency/familiarity with MS Office suite and Adobe PDF
Strong attention to detail, communication, writing, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under deadlines
Collaborative and solution-oriented
Must be able to work independently
