Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Coordinator/Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will be pivotal in implementing our content strategy across various digital platforms, including our website and social media channels. Additionally, the Content Coordinator/Social Media Specialist will manage influencer marketing efforts, coordinating outreach and collaboration with social media influencers to amplify our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Management:

- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content for the company website and social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok).

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create a content calendar that aligns with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

- Write, edit, and proofread blog posts, articles, social media posts, and other digital content to ensure high quality and consistency.

- Monitor and update website content regularly to ensure it is current and accurate.

2. Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community.

- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Ensure all messages on social media platforms are responded to.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive.

3. Influencer Marketing:

- Identify and engage with social media influencers that align with the brand's values and target audience.

- Coordinate outreach efforts, including negotiation and collaboration on influencer campaigns.

- Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication and successful execution of campaigns.
