We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to join our expanding team.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages with clarity and empathy.
Product Knowledge:
Gain a thorough understanding of Auto Focus products and services to provide accurate information and guidance.Problem-Solving:
Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up on customer requests and feedback to guarantee satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Experience:
Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is an advantage.
