JOB DESCRIPTION
Medicare Plus Inc. is looking for individuals who have passion for helping others and are highly skilled to join our team! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering world class service and ensuring below expectations are met.- Provides quality voice support and responds to clients issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Ensures customer inquiries are answered in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining compliance with company standards
- Navigates through multiple data entry systems and other relevant applications, tools, and resources while speaking with customers
Learns and acquires necessary skills, products and system knowledge to assess customer needs and also promotes products with services tailored to customer's needs
REQUIREMENTS- Open for fresh graduates of any medical allied course, with or w/o experience.
Knowledge in diagnostic and first aid is a huge advantage.
- Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)
Knowledgeable in computer usage and internet navigation.- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,
- 00 - Php23,000.00 per month
