Qualifications:- High School, SHS or College Graduate
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Preferably with call center experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and navigation

- Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle in-bound/out-bound calls to set up and address appointment inquiries in a timely manner.
- Use good judgment to handle difficult situations.
- Consistent documentation of all calls accurately.
- Timely distribution of emails to all parties requiring assistance.
- Constant demonstration of a positive attitude on every call.
